Purple - UTC Sarasota

I’m extremely disappointed. I loved this mattress at first, but after only 5 years it has developed noticeable sagging in the middle. The support is clearly breaking down, and there is visible material deterioration with parts of the mattress coming apart. Despite this, Purple declined the warranty claim, stating that the sag was not consistently measuring over 1 inch and that the issue was a “comfort preference.” The mattress has always been used with a proper base and solid bed frame, so this is not a support issue. Given the 10-year warranty and premium price, I expected far better durability. It’s frustrating to see obvious breakdown dismissed as preference rather than a product issue. I genuinely loved the feel of this bed, which makes this outcome even more disappointing.

Got my first Purple mattress and love it! Jose and Suzanne at the Sarasota location were amazing and informative, especially letting me know that I can use my FSA card which meant no out of pocket cost for me!

Went in looking for help to find the best mattress for us. And Tyler delivered!!. He was real informative and let us try all the mattresses that fit for us. Purchase was made and will return in the future

Stopped in here to check out their mattresses. I've always been curious as to what their mattresses felt like. Seems to me I remember these being one of, if not the first mattresses that were shipped to you in a box. No? Yes? Maybe I'm wrong... You know, all smooshed up in a tiny box where you unzip it out whatever and BOOM out flops a giant mattress? We always laughed because they said, "return guarantee", like, how are you gonna squish that thing back into the box it came out of once you open it? Hahaha Anyway, I really enjoyed the mattresses. They were very comfortable. The soft one was EXTREMELY soft. Like, WHOA soft when I laid on it. I laid down and sat back up immediately saying, "Nope". The sales lady was super nice and not pushy at all. She answered all my questions and told me about the sales going on and how long they would be going on. She didn't even say anything like, "oh, you should buy it today because we may be out of stock soon" or "that sale price could end at any time. They don't tell us these things" which is one many other salespeople use. No praise whatsoever. I liked that. The prices are a little higher than regular mattresses, but from what I see, it looks like they are worth the price. A good mattress means a good night's sleep. You spend one third of your life in your bed (maybe more). You need to spend money and have a quality bed. Purple, I believe even though I haven't bought one YET, is a quality mattress. I'm thinking it's my Dream Mattress. (Hahaha pun intended) Carry on.
