City Mattress

I had a wonderful experience at City Furniture thanks to Pam. She struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving me space to browse comfortably. She was always available when I had questions, but never hovered or made me feel pressured, which made the entire shopping experience genuinely enjoyable. What stood out most was how thoughtful and helpful she remained even after my visit. Pam followed up through text message to share current specials and recommend additional pieces that aligned with what I was looking for. Her communication felt personalized, helpful, and never pushy. Customer service like hers is hard to find, and it made a lasting impression. As an added bonus, the café inside City Furniture has amazing cookies—definitely worth trying while you shop! Thank you, Pam, for making furniture shopping such a pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful experience at City Mattress beginning with the Sales Rep Pedro. Pedro was very thorough explaining all the questions we had concerning our new mattress purchase. When mattress was deliver we had an exceptional experience before and during the delivery. They were very professional and delivery was on time & accurate. After one week sleeping on this mattress we are very happy. We highly recommend City Mattress.

Pedro is the best. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient while we tested and retested several mattresses over multiple visits. Set up quick delivery and takeaway if our old mattress. Effortless and wonderful experience at City Mattress.

Have gotten several mattresses here. One had a warranty issue and they took care of it quickly. Great service in particular from Pedro at the Boca location. Recommend city mattress highly.

First things first. Mattress City has a vast array of mattresses and bedding selections, and an equally vast array of prices. Whatever your budget, you’ll find a great new bed. The last time I shopped there was 12 years ago, and there was a mattress that was a little out of my price range at the time. But I had no idea of the brand name. All I could use was a very general and vague description of the firmness. She knew exactly which Mattress I was talking about. It was a Prana and I am so happy with it. It’s both the softest and firmest bed I’ve ever slept on. I had another amazing experience shopping with Mattress City in Boca Raton on Memorial Day. I had to take advantage of the sales because I just purchased my first home. One of your employees deserves recognition for his outstanding dedication to customer service. Thank you so much, Pedro, for setting me up with another Prana mattress. I will forever be a loyal City Mattress customer.
