City Mattress

We had a wonderful experience at City Mattress. Debra was incredibly helpful, and you could tell that she truly loves her job there. With 15 years of experience, she was highly knowledgeable, honest, and didn’t try to “sell” us—she wanted to help us find the best mattress for us and for as reasonable of a price she could get for us. I’d highly recommend making this a stop on your mattress-finding journey and learn a thing or two from Debra; you won’t regret it ☺️

I purchased my matress and adjustable bed at City Mattress in Boynton Beach Fl and like most companies in this country when you are buying something you get plenty of help, but if you need support they are no help at all. The store manager would not provide me with an email or phone number to call, claiming that they would have to contact me. Three days later I get a call from an Unknow caller which goes to voice mail. When I tried calling the number back it went to voice mail. I went back to the store to speak with the store manager who still offer me know help except to say that next time I should answer my phone. This is the great support that City Matress offered me when my bed broke and I needed their help.

The sales person Josh very Knowledgeable about the Mattress i was interested in. He did not need for me to buy the item because I was there To make the purchase. Josh Was very good at what he Does .we did our business And I Bought the Mattress And it was delivered the next Day . The Mattress was a Great purchase . Thanks JOSH

This is an excellent store and a pleasure to do business with. Josh Simmons helped me select a beautiful queen bed and nightstand (both on clearance) and a good mattress for the guest room in my new condo. And they held it for me for a few weeks, so I could renovate. Delivery and set up went smoothly. I love my new guest room and was able to furnish it at a great price. Who could ask for more?

Very good selection. Good service and fair prices. Delivery went well with no hassles. We exchanged our mattress for one we thought would be more comfortable for us and the exchange went very smooth with no issues.
