I bought a mattress from there a week or so ago, that alone was a good experience. The sales representative was very informative and kind. On the day of delivery, there was a mishap and they were so kind in helping resolve the situation. Would highly recommend to others, and would go back again to purchase my daughter’s bed when the time comes!
View on GoogleVisited this showroom yesterday and was impressed with the selection of product they had. Walked out with a bed comparable to the tempur-pedic Breeze at a fraction of the cost. The factory direct pricing with knowledgeable sale staff made the experience enjoyable. At other retailers I’ve visited, the sales staff has been pushy, not at City Mattress Factory. Swing by and experience it for yourself.

View on GoogleDrivers, I was loaded quickly here, as in under an hour. I-35W exit 41, go west to the top of the hill, look for the dock doors on your right. I went past those to the end of the building and buttonhooked back to them, loading in dock 4. Check in and see where they want you! Thanks, guys! Great job loading me up!
