As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Mr. Ricardo, who provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was very friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole process was fast, easy, and he made the financing options very easy to understand, which I really appreciated. He made sure I felt comfortable with my decision and answered all my questions without rushing me. I had been wanting to purchase a sofa table for a while, but I chose to wait until it became available so I wouldn’t have to pay a restocking fee. Ricardo was always patient, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I checked in. He even remembered me each time I called, which I really appreciated. When it was finally available, he made the payment process over the phone and through text quick and easy. Excellent customer service!

View on GoogleThe dining set is in good condition they came in boxes and when had to attach one piece to another. It was good process and we had fun doing it. I appreciate the , the store and Stephany we weren’t ready enough missing a couple of stuff and still she waiting around while we run in circles trying to get all we needed. Thanks to her we had fun 🤩 experience especially my talkie brothers I can recommend everyone to this store also if you decide to go there just ask Associate Stephany, you’ll thank me later.
