We had an amazing experience buying our new couch here! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, the selection was excellent, and the quality of the furniture is outstanding. I cannot say enough great things about Cloud 9 in Merritt Island. A couple of years ago we went to their showroom and found bedroom furniture. The salespeople and the owner are amazing! They helped us but were not on top of us like we’ve experienced at other furniture stores. Then a few months ago, we decided that we wanted a dresser for another bedroom. This time I didn’t even go to the store! I called the store and did the entire transaction over the phone. They even held the piece until we were ready for it. The delivery was top notch. The guys were so nice. They even moved the bed to get the dresser to fit! Overall, it was the best experience we’ve ever had with a furniture store!

We've bought several pieces of furniture from Cloud 9. A great experience. You can't beat their service after a purchase. They come back if there are any issues and resolve the issue with no problem. We only shop for furniture now at Cloud 9. Thank you Scotty for the great service.
