Martin provided all the time I wanted to lay on mattresses and find the perfect one. He was very helpful, patient, answered all my questions and was very easy to work with. Giovanni and Angel were the best of Delivery men. They went an extra mile to help me put a cover on my mattress. They were extremely friendly and again easy to work with. Thank you very much guys for my very comfortable mattress.

Had an awesome experience purchasing our mattress here. Martin is very easy going - no pressure what so ever. We were allowed to test every mattress in the store, for an entire day! Made a great choice - Puffy with adjustable frame. Great price and great follow up service - not to mention serving us snacks and drinks to keep up our shopping stamina! I had a mattress picked out based on a Wirecutter review and online presidents day sale. Cloud Nine offered the same price as the online deal. They delivered the mattress to our house in a timely and professional manner. It felt good to support a local business without any extra cost.

We went into Cloud Nine not expecting to purchase a mattress that day - we were "just looking". Deciding on a new mattress seems to be a daunting experience for us. From the time we entered the store we felt welcome and informed about all the brands of mattresses. From there we laid on many beds, asked questions and became more comfortable making an informed decision. We selected our favorite and approximately 5 business days later our new mattress was delivered free of charge and the old taken away! Very easy and pleasant experience. We highly recommend that you check them out!

I cannot say enough good things about te owners of Cloud 9. They are helpful and respectful at the same time. They give you so much space to try the different mattresses and are available for questions whenever you want some info. Truly, we love our bed. And we want to sing the highest praises to the owner.
