My wife and I had the best customer service from Jackson who was more than helpful In answering any questions we had. He made sure we walked away with what we wanted for an amazing deal. Our 15 month old was running around the store and Jackson was never bothered by it, appreciate it! 5 Stars!

Went to the Mattress Firm in Watsonville and was helped by Robert. We had an issue with our mattress and he explained how to go about the warranty process. He also showed us different mattresses we could try if we wanted something different after our warranty processed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also helped with other accessories we needed that they had in stock at the store. The warranty process was fast and was already approved. Will be going back to get our new mattress. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The store is well kept and everyone seemed very outgoing and friendly.

Received such excellent service from Bruno today. He was quick and efficient writing up the sale. It took me minutes to apply, and be accepted , for 0% financing for 72 months. An immediate delivery was set up. Wonderful experience!!!!

Everything was great! Bruno helped us, and he was an excellent salesperson. He made the whole process much easier for us. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family. If you go to Mattress Firm Watsonville, make sure to ask for Bruno — he’s an outstanding salesperson.

The salesman, Ryan, deserves a huge pat on the back. He applied no "pressure" to his pitch and I returned to the store well over a week later to buy the mattress we discussed. Your follow-up, so far, has been excellent, verifying the details for delivery almost immediately and thanking me for my purchase. Good job Mattress Firm!
