Cohen's Furniture

I had an amazing experience shopping here! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. The store had a huge selection of beautiful, high-quality furniture at great prices. Everything was clean, well organized, and easy to browse. My furniture arrived on time and was in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the outstanding customer service. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this store to all of my friends and family!

Hilda was the best! I came in looking for a nice sectional after searching several places and even other Cohen’s furniture stores. I decided to come check out the farmers market location and was very greatful I did. Hilda was super welcoming and very knowledgeable about the different furniture options. She helped me pick out a beautiful sectional after searching high and low. She was also very mindful of my budget which made the experience more amazing. If I had any questions throughout the process she was always available to answer promptly. If you’re looking for quality furniture Cohen’s is a great choice and if you’re looking to have a more amazing customer service experience definitely shop with Hilda at the New Castle Farmers Market location 😊

Marisa is absolutely amazing! She is kind, professional, and truly cares about the people she works with. She creates such a welcoming and supportive environment, and you can tell she's passionate about what she does. Marisa always goes above and beyond to make sure you feel heard and valued. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Thank you, Marisa, for all that you do!

We have been using Cohen for a long time now and they always try to work with you, especially if you tell them you are on a certain budget. We went today to upgrade our kids bedroom sets and Peter gave us a great deal. Even through in a nice hybrid mattress because he heard me and my husband talking about needing a new mattress. They are always friendly and willing to help. Of course we will be back again.

Cohen's Furniture is top notch 100%. We have been with them for over ten years. William is the best. His attention to detail and customer service is five star. If you are looking to purchase, look no further than Cohen's. You will not be disappointed.
