My wife and I were new to the area and tried other furniture store in the area. What we were looking for was simple: good looking bedroom furniture at a reasonable price. Hakim gave us the opportunity to look through the stores inventory without being pushy and helped us when we needed it. We bought a set that day, he informed us all our options of what was available in store and warehouse. We settled on a set that was in delivery (to the store) and would be ready for delivery to us in 4-6 weeks. We happily paid and received a personal text from Hakim later that day thanking us for our business. Approximately 4 weeks later we received a call from Hakim informing us that our furniture was ready to be delivered and all we needed to do was schedule a date and time. We settled on the following Saturday and a 4 hour window. The 2 man delivery crew (Boot & Ed) was on time, professional, respectful of our space and other belongings, delivered & assembled the entire set well within the 4 hour window of delivery. I understand the window is a delivery time only but I think it's worth noting because the team arrived, delivered, cleaned up the trash, assembled and left everything in better condition than how they found it well within the time frame given. View on GoogleI spent over 2k with Ashley straight cash, I got no update on my furniture I had to call and find out my furniture was delivered to the store to schedule a delivery. It’s like all she cared about was my money once she got it, it was like the updates the care everything went out the window great furniture the customer service trash I waited over a month for my furniture never got updated on when it arrived after it arrived I was told I had to wait over another week just to receive it! Go to brandy wine furniture I got updates fast delivery an assembly I paid for my furniture at urban a week before I did Brandon’s an brandy wine furniture came faster I got updated everything 10/10
