Urban Furniture Outlet

My wife and I were new to the area and tried other furniture store in the area. What we were looking for was simple: good looking bedroom furniture at a reasonable price. Hakim gave us the opportunity to look through the stores inventory without being pushy and helped us when we needed it. We bought a set that day, he informed us all our options of what was available in store and warehouse. We settled on a set that was in delivery (to the store) and would be ready for delivery to us in 4-6 weeks. We happily paid and received a personal text from Hakim later that day thanking us for our business. Approximately 4 weeks later we received a call from Hakim informing us that our furniture was ready to be delivered and all we needed to do was schedule a date and time. We settled on the following Saturday and a 4 hour window. The 2 man delivery crew (Boot & Ed) was on time, professional, respectful of our space and other belongings, delivered & assembled the entire set well within the 4 hour window of delivery. I understand the window is a delivery time only but I think it's worth noting because the team arrived, delivered, cleaned up the trash, assembled and left everything in better condition than how they found it well within the time frame given. Thank you Urban Furniture Outlet for your professionalism, quality product, and commitment to customer satisfaction👍

We stopped in looking for a living room sectional. Ashley informed us to look around though the many showrooms, and met us at the sectional we eventually purchased. The entire process was seemless and easy, the staff very professional and courteous! 5 STARS all around!

Thank you so much Eric! You made our experience stress free with all of the problems that we had to deal with in the beginning. The delivery guys were awesome, they did a great job! We will definitely let others know to go to Urban Furniture Outlet. We will keep you in mind for all future furniture purchases.

Hakim was great in helping us decide which dining chairs to choose. He was cool, personable and patient. He took the time to walk us through the process. We will be shopping there again. Highly recommend Hakim - Thank you.
