I recently purchased two twin headboards, mattresses/springs and bed frames. When I picked them up yesterday, one set was fine with no problems. However the other was absolutely ridiculous. The headboard was filthy (see photos) and came with no screws or even screw holes to attach it to the frame. The frame was lopsided but we managed to work it out to put the mattresses on. However, I’m a little concerned because this bed is for my son and if you sit on the foot of the bed, the entire mattress and spring pops up. I called about it, but it doesn’t sound like I’m going to be able to get it resolved. I’m very disappointed.
View on GoogleSaw a swivel recliner on line that I liked but ended up getting a different one. Great price, service, and location. Even the gentleman at the loading dock was nice enough to get some plastic on it after loading it on my truck. Thanks Colfax
View on GoogleI had been looking at different furniture stores, and this one was the right fit. Not only is the furniture of quality, but the price is even better. The salesperson Cindy was extremely helpful. Will definitely be returning for other pieces
View on GoogleCindy Schreiber was very compassionate, understanding and professional with my recent purchase. The delivery guys were excellent and very careful, especially having to haul my sofa & oversized chair & ottoman up 15 steep stairs. Overall experience - 5 stars. (Would give more if I could.
