Sean was an amazing salesman! Very kind, helpful and not at all pushy. The sofa we bought had a tear that we didn’t even notice. He pointed it out and said he would have it fixed. Upon delivery, I couldn’t even tell there was ever a tear! Amazing salesman. We went to about 10 different furniture stores and he was the best. Our delivery team was very kind and efficient. Overall impressed with every aspect of our purchase from browsing to shopping to the delivery. I wish we stopped at Colfax first! It will always be our first option in the future.
View on GoogleMy salesman was very attentive and concerned with my needs. The delivery guys were fast, friendly, and efficient. Overall great experience with the staff and extremely happy with my purchase.
View on GoogleSales, discount, furniture quality, and delivery were great! We are very pleased with our purchase. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleOnce again our furniture purchase was with Colfax Furniture. After searching many different furniture stores we were able to find what we wanted and needed with Colfax Furniture. The sales associate that has helped us in the past many times was still there and assisted us once again. If you are in the market for furniture just visit the Greensboro location and ask for Hurley. You will be happy you did.
View on GoogleMy experience from beginning to end was fabulous. Everything started with Jan assisting me on the ginormous showroom floor for two days. She even came in on her day off to assist me with making sure I was happy with my purchases. The delivery team was outstanding, and worked very hard getting everything up to the third floor! Customer service stood out as well! I am very pleased, as I had purchased several pieces!
