Comeaux Furniture Appliance and Mattress Warehouse Outlet Showroom & Clearance Center

Excellent display and variety of furniture and the customer service is amazing. The employees are friendly and always willing to help. Kia has assisted me twice, and her patience and attitude makes every visit a great one.

Ask for Ronald. They have the best prices for quality furniture. Good warranties and great customer service.

For any truck driver delivering here, BE WARNED!!!! They are SLOW. They seem to be nice people, just doing a job, but it takes them about 3 hours per truck. They get in at 7am, but don’t start unloading until sometime between 8-9am. They have four docks, but only use one, one truck at a time. They have to take all the product up and elevator, so I think it’s slow due to it being a hard job, not laziness. But, that makes little difference for the truck driver. Good luck.

I’ve been a loyal customer for the the past decade to the aconeaux Outlet store. This past purchase and experience is not aligned to their prior customer service. I literally have had to wait 4 weeks for my order which was understandable but when my items arrive my dining room table and coffee table was damaged. I didn’t allow it to stay and had the delivery drivers take it back with them but it’s been a time trying to get someone on the phone to discuss my next options. One of the items wasn’t even on the truck to be delivered. The delivery manager has been avoiding my calls and every time I speak with the sales rep he informs me the general manager will call me and he never does. I have yet to hear from someone regarding my concerns. This will be my last time doing business with Comeaux and plan to tron others abojt my experience. If I don’t hear from anyone in the next week I’m going to move forward and dispute my items.

Very nice selection of furniture. Sweet ladies work the floor. Edit 5/8/2024 Ms. Sherrell on the floor is a sweetheart. She greeted us straight through the door and assisted us with all our questions. She made the shopping experience very pleasant and wasn't overbearing. The ladies were so nice on my first visit (I was not shopping the first visit, I was paying my friends invoice) i went back and got a living room set for myself. Definitely my furniture store moving forward!!!❤️❤️❤️
