Comeaux Furniture Appliance and Mattress

Do not buy from this people!! They have trash quality furniture. They offer you protection plan for your furniture, we bought a 5 years protection plan for the furniture we bought. 2 1/2 years later the back of the sofa was warped, Michelle instructed to do a claim online with Guardsman (insurance company) a week later my claim was denied due to not reporting it in time?!!! Called back Michelle at COMEAUX and she tells me that I needed to say that it happened no more than 5 days from submitting the claim. We didn’t know when it happened, their product was damaged from normal use, one day we found out that the back of the sofa was damaged. Now we have a damaged sofa, we paid lots of money for the insurance. This is fraud!!! When a furniture company tells you that you need to lie then you know they are not a good trustworthy people. Do not buy Furniture from Comeaux.... I repeat do not buy from them. They will not honor the warranty on any of their furniture. All the furniture is made of a cheap quality. They advertise as being an upscale furniture store but you can find the same furniture at Rooms to Go for half the price.

Trash furniture!!!! The furniture is very poor quality. We were encouraged to purchase the warranty, and I totally understand why. They must be aware that the furniture is not able to withstand much quality use beyond a year. Comeaux uses Guardsman for the warranty that they encourage you to purchase along with the furniture. I feel like I was duped into purchasing a warranty that doesn't cover my needs. Guardsman is not easy to work with. They will deny claims and I have had very rude customer service. Please look at the reviews before purchasing. If you are looking to purchase furniture with longevity, consider purchasing somewhere else.

Pitiful customer service, poor attitudes and pathetic levels of competency. The salesperson (Olga) was friendly enough, but that’s where it ends A $200 delivery fee — and very easy, simple instructions about an AM delivery window on multiple business days — and they can’t manage to get it right No shock they’re “going out of business” — we’re on the cusp of 2025 — everyone has delivery windows now, people are busy and can’t sit at the house all day and miss an entire day of business Did I mention the condition of the furniture was poor/damaged, and agreed-upon elements in the deal were not met? Go to Hurwitz Mintz (for example) and save yourself a lot of headaches

Comeaux Furniture and Appliance are so fantastic! I purchased four major appliances and had just moved here so trusting Comeaux was very important to me. Pamela in appliances is top notch. She took great care of me, she knew really well the appliances I was purchasing and let me know differences in costs and features. I had an urgency at delivery and they were accommodating. Delivery people were kind and considerate and Greg the installer did a great job. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you, Comeaux, you’re the best!

I'm so sorry to hear that they are closing the best furniture store in Louisiana. Great offers salesperson Ms. Queenie please say it ain't so? I'll be there to shop til my pockets drop. Comeaux furniture ain't gonna be here no mo!
