ComfortMade Mattress Factory - Omaha

We have been looking for another mattress for a few months and by chance, we saw the ComfortMade Mattress Factory - Omaha ad on TV. We had never heard of them, but decided to give them a try. We were greeted by Michael upon entering the store and then later joined by Felipe and Mike (the owner). He explained the construction of each type of mattress and even showed us the materials that are used. We tried various mattresses based on our preference and ultimately chose the Tess Luxury Firm mattress. We also purchased the Z-Gel shoulder pillow and the CarbonCool Shoulder pillow. Both work great for those who are also back sleepers! We loved the fact that the mattress is constructed in their factory and you know exactly what is going into it. A huge bonus is free adjustments for the lifetime of the mattress (there is a fee if more material is added). They will actually come out and adjust your mattress to make sure it is comfortable! What a great service!! We have had our mattress for over a week and pillows for about three weeks and I have not once woken up with neck pain or lower back pain. What a great feeling! Construction and delivery were quick. Mike and another staff member removed our old mattress and put up the new one in less than 20 minutes. I was impressed!! They have definitely become our "go to" mattress company and I have no doubt we will be getting our other mattresses from there! I would highly, highly recommend people give ComfortMade Mattress Factory -Omaha a try. They are sincere, attentive and there is absolutely no pressure. We also found out that they make pet beds!

Found ComfortMade Mattress just googling. I'm glad we did. One of the best experiences finding a split king adjustable bed. We were concerned with finding a bed that we like now and wondering in five years if we need a different firmness what happens. If you don't know, the cost of a good mattress has increased tremendously. I was shocked at the price. With ComfortMade they created a custom made mattress to our liking and with there 15 yr. Warranty. I can change the firmness of my mattress at a fraction of the cost of buying a new mattress. Give Mike Moore and ComfortMade a chance. Excellent experience. Best mattress we have ever owned (and it’s for our camper), custom made short queen in only a day and delivered! The guys who delivered it were friendly and professional. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish!

Really cool store with great customer service and selection. Wish I had known about this years ago, I've suffered for a long time getting mail order box mattresses which is always a gamble. The people are very knowledgeable and no sales pressure. There's a wide range of selection in the show room and everything is customizable because they build the mattresses right there. But the best thing is probably the service after the sale. I haven't had to do it, but there's a great warranty and if the mattress is too soft or too firm, they can come make an adjustment right in your house by swapping out some of the material. Really great experience all around.

This is the absolute best shopping experience I've had. Mike answered every question I had, was not pushy like most sales people, and told me to take as much time as I wanted to make any decisions. I've bought a lot of mattresses from different places like the BIG furniture store, bed in a box from a well known online company, and another local bed store. I'm telling you don't waste your time and money with the other mattresses because you'll just end up back at ComfortMade and you'll only have yourself to blame.
