Derrick is the GOAT. He is knowledgeable, patient, kind, friendly, and never aggressive or gets irritated with questions. We love our mattress and Derrick went above and beyond when we went back to buy the base. The entire staff was pleasant throughout the entire process and Aiden our delivery guy was just as knowledgeable and kind. Definitely would recommend Snooze Mattress for your adjustable mattress and great deals.

The absolute worst matress or any shopping experiences for that matter i have ever ever had. Lied to me about the "free" trial (not free) when I asked a very direct question about how I suspected it wasnt really risk free they assured me there wouldnt be any problems if their overpriced air matress wasnt satisfactory. Their beds might be a good option for you but do yourself a favor and go try one or several of the other dozen great and much cheaper options that honestly let you try it out.

We had a great experience. Alex was awesome. Very informative and helpful. We love Sleep Number and are glad we have stores near where we live.

Be warry read the warranty! I don't recommend buying this bed! We bought a King Split Top, less than 5 years ago. The bed is marketed as being long lasting, and able to track your sleep. At least 1 night in 5 the system tells me it wasn't able to track sleep, multiple other nights it shows me out of bed in bed for shorter periods than I was. The answer from the service department was try unplugging it and plugging it in again. The inflatable parts break and are not fully covered under the warranty. Since mine has broken, I've talked to two other people with the same problem. It's an overpriced air mattress.
