Complete Suite Furniture and Mattress

Good products, but know that they won't make it right if you are unhappy. First couch we ordered was cut on delivery and they sent someone out to sew it shut instead of replacing the section. It's very obvious in my living room. Second couch we ordered espresso legs are were given black. It was delivered with two different colored legs and they are charging me $8 a piece for legs to get a brown color.

Our dream furniture was on sale and with Steve's help we were also able to find a nice rug in the clearance section that will perfectly match our needs. Steve was great, he was there for any questions we had, was kind and friendly and not the type of salesman that's in your face. If we ever need more furniture I'd drive all the way out here. Wonderful furniture, nicely displayed. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Great store with amazing service. Sales staff were very informative and helpful without being pushy. Pricing was outstanding. We would highly recommend this store and will definitely be returning

To preface, this 1-star review is not in regards to customer service, it is 100% due to quality, or should I say lack thereof. In September, 2017, my wife purchased the Sawyer dining table and 4 chairs, totaling a cost of around $700. It was a beautiful table and we were initially happy with the purchase. We decided to buy the 1-year warranty just in case anything were to happen to the set. At some point, a cup of water had been set on the table and, unknown to us, the cup had a slight crack in the bottom. A medium sized pool of water had leaked out on to the table and when we discovered this, approximately 30 minutes later, we immediately wiped up the water and dried the table, thinking nothing of it. The next day, we woke to find the table bubbling, warped, and cracking over about half of the table. The water had apparently soaked through the seams in the table and had destroyed a large portion of the surface. We reached out to the maintenance service for Complete Suites products and have been informed that since it has been over a year (about 16 months) and water damage can't be fixed, we are stuck with a cheap, destroyed $700 piece of junk. We were also informed that we could have the same table ordered again for an out of pocket price of $260.00, which is still more than the quality is worth. To sum this up, save your money and avoid this product like the plague.

Great experience. Walked in the guy let us know he was here to help. Wasn't pushy wasn't looking over our shoulders.
