Wallaroo's Furniture and Mattresses

This company are absolute SCAMMERS! This company has claimed it is "closing* for at least a year now. I purchased a bed and mattress there. I was not going to purchase the bed for the cost offered. Then the shady sales man offered to throw in a reclining chair, so I agreed to the purchase. Only to get told that the chair had been recalled. I told them would wait and get one when the recall issue had been handled. It has now been nearly a year, and I already thought they had closed fully many months ago, because I received a flyer by mail saying as much. Then I bought a recliner instead. Days ago I received another flyer claiming they are closing. I went to try to get some money back for a product never received. I was offered credit to get something else, yes, but I have no need of anything else. He declined to give a refund for the cost of the recliner as he did not charge me for it. However he would not have made the $1900 sale at all had he not offered it. That's my loss, but this company is a scam. They will be being reported to the appropriate agencies. Save yourself time, money, and frustration. Buy elsewhere.

Great experience. Ive needed a new dresser for a while so I came in and Vincent helped us find a perfect one and we got an amazing deal! He also helped us load it into the truck and made the purchase process really smooth and quick.

Purchased 3 pieces 2 reclining love seats and a 3 piece reclining couch. Within 3 months the arm broke due to 1/2 in plywood frame then the switch died. I called talk to some lady who said they would replace it then told me they wouldn't. I asked for a manager to call me no call back I called specifically asked for a manager they wouldn't talk to me. The person I talked to said they were not going to do anything and to take it to a real furniture store to have it fixed. They talked up the quality but it is cheaply made garbage at best. Please go to a reputable furniture store. Just seen your reply only 1 was a floor model which the guy stated was fully covered..... Who ever I talked to stated you didn't buy the warranty so its not covered
