Over fifteen years, I have purchased several mattresses, a mattress platform, and had carpet, hardwood, sheet vinyl and luxury plank vinyl installed in my home by KT's. First, I love the personalized service! Second, Rick (and Jarred) are great guides on their products, although I wish Rick had been a little more forceful when I was purchasing my wood floors; he told me a few years after my install, when I mentioned the floors were creaking, that he would have recommended engineered wood, only he treads lightly when a customer comes in asking for hard wood, as they are usually attached to the idea that it is superior. I adore my sunroom flooring and the LPV in my small garage apartment (see photos)! Most recently, I had a waterproof vinyl tile installed in a bathroom. Unfortunately, an error was made in ordering (wrong color, total accident), but Rick recognized it and worked immediately to make things right. The floor came out fantastic (Cary of Generation Flooring did the install—spotless!). I would definitely recommend Cooperstown Flooring and Bedding, mainly because I trust Rick and his staff. His honest, hardworking ethic, and the fact that he really knows his products and the way in which flooring reacts in different home environments makes his "mom and pop" store well worth investing in! I have used Rick and Cooperstown Flooring and Bedding on many occasions! Rick and crew have given me great service, always prompt with responding, fair pricing, and great communication. Much easier and more reliable than working with chain stores nearby. Definitely should be your go-to if in the Cooperstown and surrounding areas.

I have done business with Krazy Tom’s for years both at home and professionally. The experience has always been fantastic. The sales people are knowledgeable and helpful. The instillation team goes out of its way to make sure that everything is as it should be, they even did a small repair (due to me) at no charge. Krazy Tom’s is second to none! We highly recommend Cooperstown Flooring and Bedding for your multiple flooring needs. We are grateful to Rick for providing consultation for carpeting our upstairs. It has been a few years, and our carpet is still in great condition! Last September, the day before our wedding, rain did a number on the grass surrounding our reception area. That day we called Cooperstown Flooring and Bedding and within an hour, we picked up carpet and was able to put it over plywood to create a walkway for our guests to safely walk on into our reception. We are forever grateful that we could call on Rick and his team members and be met with help and solutions efficiently!
