We had a wonderful experience at Metro Mattress thanks to Ein! He was very friendly and helpful while picking out a mattress for our little boy. When the one we originally picked sold out, Ein went above and beyond to find us an even better option at a great price. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend working with him!

If you are closer to Olean, Brad was also helpful to me on-line. You won’t be disappointed in dealing with either of these two gentlemen. Rare to receive this type of service anymore! Bravo!

View on GoogleWe purchased a race car toddler bed. Very easy to set up. Problem is a crib mattress doesn't fit. So I went online and chatted with a nice woman about my situation. She insured me that the mattress I was looking at would be there at the Oneonta location. I called and spoke to Mike. He said he just recieved a phone call. I set up an appointment. When we arrived we were greeted by a well dressed professional salesman by the name Mike B. He showed us what we were looking for. ☹️ When he realized we weren't happy he understood immediately. After crunching some numbers and understanding our budget he said " let me show you one I believe your looking for". Man was he right. At first I thought it was an upsale. Not the case. As we spoke I realized he cared for my sons comfort and our wallet. The mattress fit perfectly. My son slept so well that come morning time our 3 year old told us how much he loved his big boy mattress. When we need another mattress set we already said " Mike B made it so easy and haggle free, that we will be buying it at Metro Mattress in Oneonta with Mike". Thank you Metro Mattress for hiring not only a great salesman, but one with a heart that cared for our needs. We shall not only return but help send people to a great company and ask for Mike B The Man.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Ben, and he truly made the whole experience amazing. He was so kind, social, and genuinely wanted to help us find the perfect mattress. We spent over an hour with Ben, and throughout that time, he was incredibly informative, walking us through all the different types, materials, prices and what would work best for us. His knowledge and patience were unmatched, we never felt rushed and really appreciated how much time he took to make sure we understood everything. It wasn’t just a sales pitch; he really cared about helping us find the right mattress for our needs. Thanks to Ben’s expertise, we walked away with our dream mattress! We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and how comfortable we’re sleeping now.
