Couch Potato & Naturesway Bedding

We ordered all the base and back cushions for an outdoor couch we bought online and Jesse and his dad took care of us well beyond what most businesses would do. They have good prices but it’s their service and commitment to customer happiness that makes them truly stellar. This kind of service only comes from a local store. They really stand behind their work and do a stellar job. Highly recommend them.

We went to the Couch Potato to buy a sofa bed. Jesse helped us there, he showed us all of the items that might work and helped us find what we were looking for. He was also able to deliver the sofa the same day. It was great service and a great experience!

Jesse was great at helping me. He listened to what I wanted and got me exactly what I was looking for even, if it wasn't in store. Delivery and assembly was great too!

Great selection and top notch service. I had been looking for years for a futon but couldn not find an actual futon anywhere. Other stores said they had futons but all they had were cheap couches that unfolded. On Thursday I walked in and Jesse showed me several styles and I found exactly what I was looking for. He also had several good looking upholstered mattress covers to select from. With his help I was in and out in no time. On Saturday he delivered and assembled it and made sure everything was to my liking before he left. He also assured me that they have follow-up service if I have any questions or need further assistance. I couldn't have asked for better service. It's clear that this family-owned business takes pride in providing great customer service.

Fantastic store! Jesse and David were so great to work with. Our local school needed a refresh on all of their bean bag chairs and Jesse truly went above and beyond to make them better than they were.
