Easy and quick transaction, not my first or last trip here. Almost went to Costco for a twin but after seeing the cheapest one was $400 at the big box store I decided to see what floor models or deals they had. I saved a ton and my son got a sweet new mattress and platform for nearly 80% off

Very helpful and friendly service. We had a great experience and found the perfect bed at a fair price. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy. The only downside was the delivery cost, which was over $100 and seemed a bit expensive. I chose to pick up the bed myself to avoid the fee.  It also meant waiting three extra days compared to delivery. I noticed that some other reviewers mentioned receiving free delivery, so I’m not sure if that depends on the purchase amount. This was the only mattress store in Ventura that did not offer me free delivery. We had already picked the bed we wanted and I wasn’t told about the price of delivery until I was given the total cost and it seemed higher than I expected. I had to ask what the other fees were. I am a single mother and an extra cost over $100 isn’t possible. Now I am figuring out how I can get that bed home. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase. Make sure you ask about extra fees ahead of time.

I am beyond happy with both Mariah at Oxnard store and especially with Lincoln at our Ventura store! Lincoln ,realizing I was on a time crunch, worked his expertise to get me an incredibly great mattress at an incredible price! AND, it will be delivered free to my front door, it comes with a 10 year warranty. There's awesome buys for this 4th of July! Thank you Mariah and Lincoln! I would give you 10 stars if possible.

Wow! Amazing service, knowledgeable staff and punctual communication. I had bought a mattress on Amazon since it was on sale and it never showed up. So I called Lincoln at Mattress firm and he got me a mattress delivered and installed the very next day for the same price I paid On Amazon! And to top it off I upgraded big time! I am so excited to sleep on my new bed! Thank you Lincoln for your knowledgeable professionalism, smoking deal, lightning speed shipping and install. 10/10
