Got there early (15 min) to pick up a reserved U-Haul. The store was locked up tight. Called to let them know we were there to pick up and got told to call back in 15 mins and he’d walk us through it. We called back and got voicemail. Canceled that reservation to go somewhere else. Totally unexceptionable. After we canceled we get call back. No thank you!
View on GoogleThis is the second time I’ve had trouble getting a uhual rental here. Our first time was a couple years ago, waited half an hour for someone to show up even though we had reservations and online it said they were open. Today we had a reservation (also says online they’re open today) scheduled for ten in the morning. We got there about ten minutes after and no one was there! Doors locked, lights off, etc. So I called uhaul and they contacted the owner and found out he wasn’t opening today for who knows what for, so I had to drive all the way to Greenwood to get the truck I needed. I’ll never ever reserve a truck from here again.
View on GoogleDo not recommend this business for UHaul rental. Arrived on Saturday to pick up truck and business was closed. Key was not left. Hold time on UHaul customer service was lengthy. Owner was not helpful.
View on GoogleUhaul rental. Forget it. Called to rent a trailer and when we went to get one, we were told that they couldnt rent it to us because it was listed as stolen and they couldnt get the paperwork to clear it. Wasted trip.
