The lady who helped me was a great representation of Kimbell's desire to please. She was friendly, with a beautiful smile and eager to help me find the perfect item to meet our need. She was not pushy but let me know that she wanted to give me a pleasant experience and provide the assistance that was needed. My husband and I both felt comfortable with her personal interest in our desires. We would recommend Kimbrell and the sales representative they provided.
