I had been all over Somerset looking for a queen size bunkie. Within a second of walking in Becky and Brad let me know they had them in stock and could deliver that day. My whole transaction took less than 5 minutes and a couple hours later my new bunkie board was installed and my old box spring hauled off! Fantastic service, friendly associates, and no upselling. I would recommend them to everyone!

In the past 20 years, I have slept in every room of our house….on every bed and every sofa! I can never get comfortable with my lower back. I dreaded getting into bed at night and trying to sleep. Finally one Saturday we decided to try “one more time” to find a comfortable mattress. From the moment we walked in the door at CF, we felt at home. We were never pushed. We never felt rushed. Brad and Becky were patient with us as we tried out each mattress. They patiently answered our questions and tried to solve our dilemma. I think if we had come back 50 times, we would have always been treated the same! On our second visit, I kept going back to one particular bed. Fast forward 2 months and I am beyond happy with our purchase. I sleep better than I have in YEARS! I don’t wake up multiple times. Heck, some nights I don’t even think I move! I actually look forward to laying down at night now! I welcome rest! Thank you for bringing peace and health back to my life and restoring my faith in humankind! There are still good and honest people out there who want to help! There is still great customer service! I’ll be back soon to find some furniture!

I guess you could say we had a pretty great day at Cumberland Furniture today! My friend needed a few rooms overhauled at her cabin and boy did they deliver! Here's a photo of the pillows & sheet sets; tomorrow come the mattresses. I had a better sleep in their store than the previous night on an old mattress. A huge thank you to Becky and Hailey for helping us out and entertaining us for the day. We sure appreciate you!!

Appreciate the service provided by Brad Carroll as I was in a pinch and had a mattress emergency that pertained to my mom. Something I needed delivered today and he got the job done. In addition, the 2 gentlemen who delivered the product were great guys and actually cared about their work. Devin Simmons and Gage Pompell were outstanding and professional. Thanks to all for helping me out in a pinch.

Customer service is excellent! Brad and Becky were incredibly helpful with the purchase of our new bed. We also bought our sectional from them a year ago. My husband and I definitely recommend Cumberland Furniture to anyone!
