Eric and Kim were super helpful and friendly with the whole process. Loved the bed match they started with that helped to find us the best options to match our current needs. Super open and honest about cost and that financing was available as well as a trial period in case the bed we picked wasn't perfect.

He took me right to them and gave me detailed information on each one. In addition, after listening to what my husband and I were looking for and needed, he showed me a few other mattresses that might work for us. There was no reason pressure. I also met Kim as well. Both are very personal and professional. And as promised they have kept me updated on my mattress delivery date.

The mattress was a medium and it does still feel a little firmer than what we tried at the store, but I'm assuming that's because it's new and hasn't had so many people lay on it. The base is wonderful and really helps alleviate pain in mine and my husband's back pain.
