Very communicative through the buying process and leading up to the delivery. The delivery itself is always a plus. The guys are quick efficient and it’s as simple as you telling them where you want it they handle the rest. They actually earn their tips which is a hard quality to find now. Needed a mattress badly. Purchased a high end firm mattress which has caused back/ leg problems. The folks are nice but not too informative about sleep issues.
