Deranleau's technician knew what they were doing with the appliance I had requested to repair (washing machine). The only cons is that it took 2 weeks to complete the repair. They service the area once a week and if there are any unforeseen circumstances (needed extra muscle to move the washing machine), I had to wait another week before they could return. Pearl was an excellent front desk customer service and very helpful with the scheduling, request, and follow-ups.

Deranleau was the second company called about broken dishwasher because I didn't fully trust the diagnosis of the first person who said the only option was buy new. Deranleau worked me into their schedule, got a part timely and repaired it quickly and hassle free. So easy, convenient and friendly. Didn't cost me anywhere near a new dishwasher.

Purchased a dishwasher from Seth, fantastic experience! Helped me narrow down the perfect model for my situation. (GE stainless steel). Answered all of my questions with urgency and kindness. Genuine good dude and really knows his stuff! Whole experience 10/10 would reccomend.

We always recommend Deranleau's! We were die hard Kenmore appliance lovers, and always on a budget, so Sears was our go to, but when they left the area we had to look elsewhere. Deranleau's has sold us mattresses, refrigerators, washer and dryers, and dishwashers. Whenever we decidebto upgrade anything else, they will be who we head to. If there is ever any mechanical issues (and I always buy the extended warranty, because we can afford it now) they are quick to schedule us in and get us taken care of. We live an hour and a half from Lewiston, so having someone able to go that far for service work is so appreciated (we have checked into the smaller appliance technician companies and they DO NOT go that far) The customer service is great, the sales staff are great, the appliance technicians are great. Home Depot or Costco don't have what they provide, and it's a local business, so added bonus.
