Really nice guy BUT we have been waiting a month for part of our order & it feels like we are getting the run around getting our adjustable bases. I really hope not, but I really feel like more could be done to rectify the situation. We just keep getting told “it will for sure be this week” or “I’ll let you know Monday” - something doesn’t feel right & I really hope I’m wrong.
View on GoogleFinally! After having a bed for over 20+ years- we have updated our mattress and frame all at an amazingly affordable cost. Jerry was kind, funny, and patient. We had 3 of our youngest with us (two being toddlers) and he performed magic tricks, talked to them all while answering our many questions, and kept them fully entertained as we searched for the right one. We left as happy customers, and will be returning when it’s time to upgrade our children’s beds. Hands down best customer service/satisfaction and unbeatable prices.

Bonus, he did magic tricks for my son. I would definitely recommend. I know where I’m getting my next mattress when I need one.

We bought an exceptional queen set that we will be able use for several years, a full mattress and a twin mattress for a new set of bunk beds we just purchased! So excited to try our new bed out as I have back issues! Very satisfied with our whole experience! Thanks guys!
