Good, comfortable product until you try to wash it. The zipper came right off and there is no tang, zipper slider, on the end. It's impossible to put the zipper back together.

Great warranty program. I bought a mattress from them, but unfortunately within a month noticed it had sinking towards the middle. However, after contacting the company, the costumer service manager Omid was extremely helpful, and offered to replace it for me and haul away the defective mattress. Now I'm extremely happy with the new mattress. Thank you so much!

I would not buy this mattress if you are in the market shopping! I bought the Fantasy Medium less than one year ago, and had to turn it at the 6 month mark because it was noticeably less firm on the side on which I normally sleep. Now 6 months later, same issue. I have to slide over to the other side to feel support/firmness again. I called Furnishings America where I bought the mattress, they sent my inquiry to Diamond Mattress where they sent out a rep to measure the change in depth. In a standard, template letter Diamond Mattress notified me that though there had been changes in the depth of the matters, it was not enough to warrant any action on their part. They included their warranty brochure- which of course protects them on every level possible because, I am sure, they are aware of the inferior materials they use in their product and therefore have to protect themselves. I left a mesage with their customer service to discuss, and didn’t hear back. They don’t care. They made a sale of their product, and they’re done. You’re better off doing business with a company that allows a trial period for an extended period of time.

We purchased a Diamond Brand Mattress on Sept. 2021 that was not comfortable for us. We contacted the company and Mr. Omid who is the Customer Service Manager was very gracious and understanding of our problem and volunteered to exchange it for us. Thank you Diamond Mattress for a great service .
