I purchased a Dynasty mattress on Amazon 2/15/2025. I only slept on one side which is easier to access in my RV. 1 year and there is a 1" from the side I sleep on to the side I did not. Don't even try calling them because their 30 year warranty is useless when they don't even answer their phone.

24 days ago, I purchased another (yes, I am a loyal, repeat customer across the past 15 years) mattress for our family. Despite the passing of 24 days – a charge of $499.00 on my Amex – and multiple, cold customer service e-mails, we still have no mattress. At one point after no correspondence, acknowledgment of payment or tracking number offered, I contacted the customer service desk to request all of the above. They responded by offering me a tracking number which I eagerly watched for the next several days until it declared that my mattress had been delivered. Then, I looked at the picture provided by the FedEx man, of someone else’s front porch (in Costa Mesa California) more than 1,500 miles away from my front porch in Iowa. I sent another stupefied appeal to them to explain the chaos. I received another form-letter response ignoring most of my personal statements and giving little to no explanation for their incompetence nor empathy for my family's nightly discomfort. Some background: my wife and I bought a Dynasty Mattress about 15 years ago and it was the best mattress we had ever slept upon. I have traveled the world and slept in elite hotels that cost as much as $5000 a night, (using points) and found nothing superior to my old Dynasty Mattress. But we will never attempt buying from this company - ever - again - and I feel it is only right to warn-off everyone else, too. For the last 15 years I recommended their company to my brother-in-law (who then bought he and his wife a Dynasty Mattress) to my father-in-law (who bought he and his wife a Dynasty Mattress) and to anyone else who would listen on social media. A few years later, my second-oldest son needed a bedding upgrade, as he outgrew his childhood mattress, so we bought him... wait for it.... wait for it.... YOU GUESSED IT!!! a Dynasty Mattress. I am a LOYAL, REPEAT customer, and you know what? They don't give a rip. Finally, on June 11th, almost a month ago, we decided to get our daughters a brand-new Dynasty Mattress. We sold our home and headed to a new home. With plenty of lead-time , surely the mattress would be delivered and our girls would now be sleeping comfortably, every night. Nope! It never came. They are STILL sleeping on a couch to this day, as I write. Every time I have reached out to the company they have fired-off a form-letter, copied and pasted, some appeal for me to remain patient, with no acknowledgment of our languishing in a new home with children sleeping poorly on couches because the mattress we ordered never arrived. I finally told them (a week ago) that they ought to immediately overnight us our missing mattress. They did not even acknowledge that statement. No response. Just cut, copy, paste, form-letter and never failing to exhort about patience. While I appreciate the value of patience, and recognize that it is a virtue, in the end, I did not pay this company $500 for form-letters or exhortations. I paid them for a mattress, and what has been, across so many years, one of the best brands of mattresses we have ever slept upon. I must now raise their exhortations for my patience by encouraging them to rediscover why their Dynasty Mattress company exists... apparently, they have forgotten. Do they exist to sell mattresses or to test the patience of those so unfortunate to mistake them for a mattress company? Frankly, there has not been any integrity shown here. If this is their way forward, they will most certainly go out of business and other would-be customers will be better for it. I am buying a new mattress from a different company that will ship it to me right away without so much chaos, disorder and lack of reasonable communication. This letter serves so as to warn others away from this late, great mattress company. If you are reading this - God has smiled upon you! To say this is bad customer service is an understatement. There is no customer service. Their email "guarantees 24 hour response maximum" and I have not a single email with even a hint of someone looking at it. 5 Business Days and counting. Their number I have called daily across their listed hours and they have absolutely no queue system, if that number even leads to anyone. They have a "Chat with Us" option on their website, that I'm completely confident is just there to make customers feel unimportant. I've only received 1 word responses and then it goes silent. There's a very good chance I will get two mattresses shipped to me incorrectly and I have absolutely no way to fix this. This could've been solved with a 20 second call and it's been a weeklong stressor. Only order from here if you want the mattress and are accepting having nobody to help.

Bought this mattress for a themed guest bedroom and we ended up swapping it for our main mattress because of how comfortable it was. Shipping was fast and the price was pretty incomparable to similar mattresses that I looked at from Purple and Casper.

Do not purchase from here. Something is definitely going on with this company. We bought 4 mattresses from them over the past few years but recently placed an order and have not been able to track our mattress We ended up disputing the claim with Paypal and got our money refunded. We are very disappointed because we loved this company but they have no humans working there. All robot correspondence and no return response from a human being. We ended up going locally. So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
