Friendly group of folks. Our salesmen (Curt) walked us around to the types of items we were looking for and then left us so we could try out furniture as we were comfortable. He would come back to us and answer any new questions we had, and then excuse himself so we had time to talk between ourselves. A no pressure sales experience where we still felt attended to. Got 2 awesome recliners, a sofa, 2 gliding chairs to match the sofa, and an ottoman. Great prices, easy and concenient delivery. Very happy with our purchases here. Thank you Curt and Andy for your support of your community.
View on GoogleAndy and his Team at Direct Factory are great to work with! We bought a box spring last year and most recently we ordered a Best sectional. We love our new sectional! Andy was right - If you’re looking for a sectional that you can customize to fit your room, that is good quality, at a good price, this is the way to go. Shop local and go see Andy at Direct Factory!
View on GoogleMy brother recommended this place to me when shopping for a couch. Decided to go with a sectional! I was delighted by the selection they had & the quality of their furniture! Andy was super nice & very knowledgable about their products.
View on GoogleGreat place if you're not looking to spend a small fortune on furniture. Andy was very helpful. Had a small issue with one of the chairs in a dining set, but in the end Andy made it right.
