I went in to Stickley to browse, as we needed to replace a few pieces of furniture, but we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted to do. I intended to look at a few other stores as this was one of my first stops. But Justin was so helpful, that I never looked further. He answered a multitude of questions and really listened to how we used our den furniture, as well as descriptions of our existing furniture that had to be part of the design. I left with several great ideas and no pressure to rush into a purchase.
When I was ready to make some final decisions, Justin was flexible in meeting with me, helped me match finishes and leather, and made the whole experience pleasant and stress free.

Picking out an oriental rug is never easy! But my visit today was exceptional because of the sales person who helped me out, Justin Marzella. He had that rare combination of being extremely helpful without being pushy. He listened to my preferences and helped me incorporate them into a final choice. His knowledge of design and color I found to be exceptional. He even helped me with a paint color. Above and beyond! Thanks, Justin!

We purchased an expensive mattress from Stickley Furniture expecting premium quality and customer service, but the experience has been extremely disappointing.
The mattress delivered was significantly firmer than the one we tested in the showroom. We contacted the store within two weeks to request an exchange and were told we had to wait a month before anything could be done. We followed those instructions, waited, and called back, only to be told our sales representative had quit and no one knew anything about our prior conversations.
We tried to make the mattress work, but over time it became a serious issue. I developed ongoing shoulder pain from side sleeping, and my wife began experiencing sciatica that we also believe was aggravated by the mattress. When we reached out again hoping to exchange it, the staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and rude.
For the amount of money we spent, we expected a product that matched what we tested and customer service that stood behind the sale. Instead, we were left feeling ignored and stuck with an expensive mistake.

Disappointed. Stickley's quality is not what it used to be. We bought a $12k sectional 3 years ago which we initially love. The cushions have degraded to the point you can see the level of the cushions are lower. We talked with customer service and they said we've worn it out and no warranty coverage.
We buy Stickley because they have a reputation for quality. That's not true in this case.

Recently purchased a couch, three chairs, an ottoman, a kitchen table with 6 chairs and two island chairs from your showroom. I will preface this with the fact that the people we worked with throughout the purchase and delivery were helpful.
Some issues of concern:
-Two accent chairs were ordered with decorative nails when we requested no nails. The store manager did discount the chairs 10% in lieu of reordering. We did not want to wait 2+ mos for replacement chairs. The delivery was already later than discussed.
-During delivery the sofa was found to have a tear underneath, was ultimately shipped back to the factory for repair and re-delivery 2 weeks later.
-The ottoman had a broken leg on it, which had to be re-ordered, delivered and fixed on site.
-Now that we have had time to get used to it, I find myself constantly pulling out feathers with very sharp ends out of the couch. You can’t sit down without quills sticking out.
When I called Stickley, they stated this is normal for down filled pillows to shed quills. I wasn't aware this would be an issue. This was never discussed at purchase. The resolution suggested would be to purchase a different type of insert at a cost of $120 per pillow (3 seat pillows). I don't even know if the new filling would be more or less comfortable.
Overall, disappointed with my experience at Stickley.
