It has the perfect balance between firmness and softness, and I’ve been sleeping so much better since I got it. The seller was amazing, very kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me choose the right option without any pressure. On top of that, his prices are excellent. You truly get great value for what you pay. I was in the market to upgrade a mattress and Direct Outlet Mattress came up. I scheduled an appointment and met the owner Josh. When I tell you not only was Josh very nice, professional and knowledgeable about mattresses but he was very passionate about his business and genuinely cares about his customers. I could not be more pleased with the mattress but I really could not say enough about our experience with Josh. He listened, he was honest and forthcoming about his knowledge. Never pushy, never felt rushed. Josh was patient and took his time to ensure our needs were met. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Josh, thank you for all that you do. Josh is the greatest!!!! Bought my king size Puffy Royal Hybrid mattress with adjustable massage base about 2 months ago and had a very pleasant experience. Excellent customer service from initial purchase to delivery and set up.
