Direct Outlet Mattress Wilmington

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I recently purchased a new king mattress, and Kevin made the process easy and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions and provide us with the best mattress for our preferences. Great customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommend! Kevin is the awesome!

Kevin changed up his schedule to meet with me on short notice, which I really appreciate. He gave me information and let me figure out what was best for me instead of pushing whatever the high-priced items were. I historically can't stand salespeople, and I'm grateful this was not that kind of situation. If you need to purchase a mattress, make an appointment to meet with Kevin instead of giving your money to the big corporations. You'll feel better, in more ways than one.

I just had a 100% positive experience with Kevin at DO direct outlet on Carolina Beach Rd in Wilmington. I had a few accommodations to be met, going from a king bed to 2 twins. Height, length, & firmness, each being different for my husband & I. Kevin took the time to take all things into account & figured out a way to get us each into the bed we need without looking "random". If you're looking for a new mattress I highly recommend Kevin.

Perfect experience from start to finish. The process was quick and easy, and I never felt pressured or like I was being “sold” to. Communication was excellent, responses were fast, and delivery was quicker than I expected. I also saved a lot of money without sacrificing quality, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend.

Requested appointment with minimal notice and came here instead of a larger retail store, very happy with the decision. Felt like we made a good choice and additionally got a good deal. Also got same day delivery which was massive. Give this place a shot if you need a new mattress!
