Discount Mattress Albuquerque

FINAL REVIEW - I recently purchased a mattress here. Jason and his wife facilitated the sale. They are really awful people, especially Jason. I selected a mattress and made my pick for it to be delivered. I was told the mattress was innerspring for the Sparrow 200 Firm. Upon delivery, the mattress I selected was delivered. I just wasn't sure and wanted to understand what I ordered. Jason got enraged and aggressive by me just ensuring the mattress I ordered was correct. Jason was then trying to record me on the property I'm at which made me feel very uncomfortable while hurling nasty insults at me. The whole exchange was just bizarre followed by his reaction. I assume his reason for anger and nastiness was because he upsold me on this King mattress and the idea of taking it back after he ripped me off on an upsell was just unfathomable. I originally wanted a Queen mattress. He also recommended I pay in cash which was highly sketchy to me. I would stay clear of this place like the plague. It's shady and unprofessional as can be. It does feel good to post this review and clear up the the smoke with transparency on this trashy place. It's called Discount mattress because you get what you pay for, I learned this the hard way. Avoid my mistakes and just STAY CLEAR of this location at all costs! You won't regret it. Jason is all fun and games until you just ask valid questions and he flips out. I was shocked by his explosion to just validate a purchase. Stay away like an atomic bomb went off from the place. That's my recommendation.

I had a great experience with Jason at Discount Mattress! We were relocating my father-in-law to an assisted living facility in Albuquerque and Jason had the mattress we needed, which other places did not have. Not only did he deliver the mattress but he went in and set it up for us before we arrived so that my father-in-law had a place to put his feet up and sleep that night when we arrived from our flight with only a suitcase in hand. This was above and beyond and we greatly appreciated it. Thanks Jason!!

Went into the business the guy was absolutely incredible! He was a ton of help and he was able to work with my budget! 10/10 customer service! Was excellent I would definitely go back! If I was able to leave more than 5 stars I for sure would! Thank you and I would recommend if anyone is looking for a bed this is the place to go!

My wife and I were looking to replace the bed in our guest room for grandson visits and I called to check availability for full size mattresses. Jason was very helpful on the call and we ended up driving over to check out the mattresses. We decided to purchase the Raven Euro Top mattress with home delivery and haul away of the old mattress. Jason's customer service was second to none and we can definitely recommend this local Albuquerque business without reservation !

This place is the best in Albuquerque! They have the same exact stuff as Mattress Firm and National furniture liquidators for much less. No bait and switch.
