Purple - ABQ Uptown

Brendan at Purple Mattress was so helpful! My partner and I were on the fence about purchasing a mattress and were worried about being pushed into buying one when we were originally only looking. But Brendan was super respectful and calm. He was informative and even stayed late to make sure we got what we needed. That experience allowed us to focus on what we were looking for and we ended up buying a mattress that same day!

Stopped in on a recent work trip because I forgot my pillow back home in Washington. I'd been thinking of getting a Purple mattress and Jonathan was amazing! He showed me all the options based on what I thought I needed. I just purchased the mattress and slept on it for the first time last night, it was great. So thankful Jonathan got me set up with exactly what I needed.

Just an FYI I wish I knew. For the 100 day sleep trial, if you decide not to keep the bed (in my case, I woke up with back pain every morning after switching to purple), there is a $250 transportation fee that there is no way around. You cannot do a return at the store. So, it is not risk free. UPDATE: I am three weeks into the return process. I had to pay the $250 upfront for mattress removal. It took 2 weeks and jumping through many hoops with subcontractors to get the mattress removed. At the end of week 3, I finally received my refund, but it took reaching out to Purple two additional times.

They have been really nice to me. My package got delayed and I called them and they helped me out through it. What happened with the label got switched but anyway they help me with that and they weren’t really pushy. They helped me pick the bed I wanted we got it simple in and out trip

Nicole was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My wife has a bad back and Nicole let us try multiple beds multiple times until we found the perfect fit.
