A Great, Fantastic Experience! We had an absolutely great experience at Discount Mattress in Duluth! Tony and his team immediately welcomed us in and made what could have been an overwhelming process both fun and educational. We were upgrading from a queen bed to a king bed, and Tony took the time to help us understand the differences between soft and firm mattresses, proper sleep support, and what would work best for both of us. Rather than just pointing at a showroom full of beds and saying, "Pick one," they really guided us through the process and helped us find the perfect fit. What impressed us even more was their confidence and customer service. Once we narrowed down our choice, they went ahead and got our mattress on order before we had even finalized the purchase, knowing we'd find the right one. That saved us an entire week on delivery time, and we were thrilled to get our new bed sooner! We chose to pick up the mattress ourselves, and the process was quick and easy. Compared to the other mattress stores we visited, Discount Mattress offered much better value and a far more personalized experience. Many other stores were significantly more expensive and offered very little guidance. Tony and his team make mattress shopping a science. They carefully walk you through different mattress types, support systems, and comfort levels to make sure you're making the right decision. This is a small family business, do not expect the big fancy show rooms, but instead a great variety of items in a no frills type place. They both greeted my friend and I warmly and made us feel welcome. They helped me choose a mattress that is absolutely perfect for me. If you are looking for a new mattress, rug or couch I highly recommend giving this locally owned store a try and prepare to walk out satisfied and happy. I plan on returning for all my furniture needs! To these young gentlemen's parents.... You raised wonderful respectful sons that helped make me smile today!?!!

View on GoogleAmazing service!! We called ahead to confirm the mattress we wanted was in stock and available in a box so we could pick up same day. There were no other mattress stores in Duluth that had same day except this place! We pulled up right outside the store, the employees had us try a few and didn’t pressure us to buy one we didn’t want. They wanted to make sure we got the one we wanted! We were in and out in probably 20 minutes, including the time it took to check out and everything! It was such a friendly and non pressuring process and we will definitely come back if we need any other furniture! 10/10 experience! Please come visit them!
