Sleep Number

Store personnel were wonderful, fun and knowledgeable at the Duluth store. Anthony did a nice job serving my 88 year old sister - seeking her needs and providing solutions and recommendations to overcome her issues with sleep. We wrote up an order for a bed with foundation, paid and then learned that it would be 3 plus weeks before delivery and set up of her order. Really? Three weeks to deliver? we questioned the extended timeline, rationelle being short of delivery crew people. We accepted the news. 2 days later we get an email notice from Sleep Number stating the availability and delivery would be delayed another month plus. Making delivery of the ordered, paid for (+$4000) bed and foundation over 2 months out. This is hardly an acceptable way to do business. A company that does not inform its stores of availability so they can pass the information onto the potential purchaser at time of purchase is questionable at best and indicates a level or lack of professionalism not expected from Sleep Number. We were not offered a discount or opportunity to change order to an available product, just a sorry for the delay. Wow! We expected more from Sleep Number and now question the apparent reputation of what we thought to be a great company. We are very disappointed to say the least. Asking us for a recommendation might not be in your best interest. Thank you for allowing us to express our opinion. Larry Karels, representing my Sister of soon to be 89 years.

The folks at Sleep Number were very knowledgeable about their products. We found them to be respectful and patient with all our questions. We continued to check out other beds by different companies but in the end, we went with the Sleep Number. We loved the fact that we could control the firmness on each of our sides of the bed. That was the game changer for us. The bed was delivered on the date promised. The delivery and set up team were great to work with. Personable, efficient and helpful every step of the way. We are very happy customers!

I thought Darcy was so accommodating and she had all the information I needed to know! She’s one of the reasons I chose a sleep number mattress! I like all the options you have with this mattress! The buying process also went well!!

We had a great experience! Chris was fantastic. He listened to what we wanted, was great with our young son, and was fast so we didn't feel like we there all day. Thanks again!

The guys at the Duluth MN store are excellent! Answered all my questions, showed me my options. They put together the best deal possible. Took care of all the paperwork with out any trouble, financing it was easy too. Quality appears great. Received my pillow and protectors. Just have to say I’m IMPRESSED!!! Thank you Sleep Number! The beds sell themselves. Thanks Chris and Scott!
