My father has bought two washing machines from D.T. McCall and both have went out just after the year warranty is up. The fees to have them fixed just add up. You pay a diagnostic fee, pay for the parts to fix it, and then pay again when the part comes in to have them install the part. I have advised him NEVER to shop there again. I would go to Farmers Home Furniture as we have bought a sectional sofa from their store. They are super friendly and go out of there way to satisfy any problem you may have. The quality is just as good as D.T. McCall and A LOT cheaper.

Two yrs ago I bought the fridgedare appliance combo. I was told I had 4 yr warranty! Three months ago refrigerator went out. Called was told yes it's still under warranty..4 yr warranty. After waiting 5 weeks to get it fixed, a month later I'm getting a bill for repairs. Im told with it being financed it can only have a yr warranty! Never again will i use them!

Stopped in for their annual sale and the staff and selection were amazing! Very helpful with no high pressure selling enhanced the experience and the furniture quality was excellent. Free delivery and haul off were just the icing on the cake.

Bought a cub cadet riding mower it’s a 2022 we are already on a 3rd battery they are small batteries would not recommend since cub cadet have changed batteries only a 60 day warranty not enough cranking amps have a 2018 cub cadet has the same battery that came in it more cranking amps have spoke to several people that are having the same issue I like the mowers just not since cub cadet has changed the design of the battery

My husband & I have furnished our house w/ DT McCalls. Everything from wood stove, queen mattress, living room couch & chair, coffee table & side tables, entryway table, zero turn lawn mower probably more but that's all I can think of. It's the best furniture store w/ great prices. I would definitely recommend DT McCalls!
