We purchased a king-size Dutch Craft mattress in 2020 because it was one that could be turned, thus hoping to avoid sagging. We are not heavy people (Husband 180 lbs, wife 125 lbs). This particular model was supposedly their top-of-the line! Our hopes were soon dashed when within a year the mattress began to show signs of sagging even though we had properly flipped and turned the mattress as instructed (which was no small feat!).... monthly during the initial year and quarterly thereafter. After 3 years, the indentions were very visible, whether the bed was unmade or dressed. We began trying to sleep in other spots on the mattress, but would often roll to the lower places, and we tried various things to try to flatten the higher spots...with limited results. Finally, after 5 years of tossing and turning and sliding into the ruts in the mattress, we submitted a warranty claim and were denied because the ruts did not meet the depth requirements for the warranty coverage, which happen to be double of some name-brand mattress warranty requirements. Neither the retailer nor the customer service warranty representative were responsive in a timely manner to our submissions and calls. If you are looking for something to get you by for a year, it may be okay, but if you plan to use the mattress for more than a year....run!
View on GoogleDutch craft mattresses are the worst. Purchased these a year ago. After couple months a hump in middle was forming. They replaced them standing by the 10 year warranty. Well the second set doing the same thing. They refused to replace them because of a few stains. I could easily used my shampooer to correct this. It was either my makeup foundation or coffee. I will never buy these again. Over priced and the warranty is a joke. I'm going back to Serta. I've never had this happen with Serta.

View on GoogleWe purchased a Dutch Craft Adrian Plush Queen set in Nov 16. Within 3-months, the top layer of padding came loose. We contacted the company and was eventually sent a replacement. The replacement mattress also fell apart after about 4-months. We contacted the company and after several attempts were told that since they already replaced the mattress once, they wouldn't replace it again. We would have to take the mattress to Celina TN (5-hrs away) and drop it off for repair. Not sure what we are supposed to do for the 2-weeks it is being repaired... I was told the twice that company president would call to discuss the issue - this never happened. So basically, unless I want to make 2 10-hour round trips and spend A couple of weeks without a mattress, I am stuck. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!!! I will never buy another Dutch Craft product again!
View on GoogleWe purchased a Dutch Craft sleep mattress model # 4527 American park city plush in 2019. After about a year this mattress started showing wear in the springs. You can fill the springs moving and making a popping noise, now showing dipping in the mattress also. This model can not be flipped over due to plush only on one side, so we do turn the mattress about every 3 months but still shows sunificate wear. We are not over weight. I'm 220 my wife is 100 pounds. We replaced our old mattress after 10 years and 2 kids. Old mattress was very stained due to baby bottle spills baby bed wetting lol showing signs of mildew. We did buy a waterproof mattress top for new mattress. Lesson learned. Kinda wish we kept the old mattress way more durable and more comfortable. This passed year I've had 2 major surgeries neck and lower back. This model is very uncomfortable for me, I have difficult sleeping and getting comfortable.
