View on GoogleUpdate: A representative came to our house and fixed most of the damage caused by their delivery/installer team. We purchased a $2,500 chair and ottoman set from EF Brannon and received it a couple of weeks ago via their delivery and setup crew. We just noticed that our oak hardwood flooring has been damaged from one of the chair legs. Instead of a pad or other proper protection, we found a nail sticking out of one of the leg bottoms. It literally dug gouges in the hardwood floor. For $2,500, we expected more quality than what we received.
View on GoogleI just received my second piece of furniture from EF Brannon. Needed another recliner for an extra room. It is a FlexSteel and we love it. The leather sectional we purchased from them last year is also FlexSteel and I couldn’t be more pleased. I saved and looked a long time before purchasing new furniture. I couldn’t be more happy with our decision to purchase from EF Brannon. Our salesperson Shonna was great. She listened to what we were looking for, very knowledgeable about their products and patient with us as we made our decision on our purchase. Scott was also very helpful. We needed an adjustment on our sectional after delivery and he came out to take care of it within a few days. The delivery guys are very nice and do a good job. You can’t get better service. EF Brannon cares about pleasing and taking care of their customers. I like that.

She helped us with pricing, available fabrics, lead times, etc. She was very clear about cost, and about how long it will take to get furniture. The selection of sizes, styles and fabrics is incredible. We didn't buy today, but it's likely we will in the future.
