I came in looking for a bookshelf after checking thrift stores and stopping in to Jordan's Furniture. My family has shopped at this location for years so I figured I couldn't go wrong. Atmosphere already a lot different and more welcoming than any furniture store. I was maybe in the store for 15 minutes or less and picked out the wood and color, which you cant always do at every furniture store. The quality is probably the best in Massachusetts, maybe even New England. Do not go to big box furniture stores, everything there is made to order and made in the U.S.A. Everything on the sales floor felt nice and durable. Also Karen is great and will go above and beyond to help you out. She immediately helped me out. I've gone to other places to look for furniture, and instead of being 1 on 1 most places will just tell you where something is and don't really want to help you out and make a sale. Karen helped me find exactly what I wanted and let me choose from lots of finishes and different woods. I never felt pressured to buy anything but I was able to find what I wanted quickly and most of the time I'm picky with wooden furniture. The six or so weeks will be well worth the wait for good quality furniture. Thank you again Karen!

We didn’t realize It was close to closing time when we stopped in. Karen greeted us and was absolutely fantastic to work with. She spent time with us even though the store was about to close. Karen was able to help us find exactly what we wanted! Since Karen’s service was so fantastic, we decided to make our purchase from Egger’s and we couldn’t be happier! The quality is fantastic and the service is top notch. I’ve bought furniture from many different stores throughout the country, and this was by far my best furniture shopping experience! A++++ store and staff!
