Bernie & Phyl's Furniture

I’m in LOVE with my new furniture!!! We hit a bit of a delivery snagged when the couch was labeled wrong and originally we received the wrong one. Bernie and Phyls took care of us allowing for us to keep the wrong couch while we waited for the correct one to be delivered. It all happened during the 2026 New England “Snowmageddon”. So, a few days later than anticipated but we have this beauty in our home and could not be happier!

Kevin O. did an excellent job in providing us the best deal that making a decision was easier…Yes! We got a leather couch set. I don’t have the picture yet. It will be delivered on Saturday. Our family is excited. Thank you Kevin. Excellent customer service too!!!

We recently bought a new mattress and box spring at Bernie & Phyls, 1st the sales person was patient and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and we settled on a Stearns & Foster that was firm and fairly priced. They were able to deliver the next day. The 2 guys that delivered were quick and efficient. Delivering both the mattress & box spring and removing the old. They were not here for more than ten minutes. A great job by everyone. It was an easy , fair experience. It also was not our first time buying from them. We were very pleased!

It was a great experience all around from the time we walked in to the time we checked out. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Shannon who brought us directly to where we needed to be after we told her what we were looking for. She stayed nearby in case we had any questions, but she didn’t hover. We found exactly what we were looking for and Shannon was right there to help us with the purchase. We ended up buying a couch and a mattress with box spring. A great experience all around.

Shanna was a wonderful sales associate! She was very knowledgeable and very responsive! She was helpful and never seemed to apply any pressure of any sort. She was great about allowing us to take our time and make sure we found the correct set of tables for us because our original set was not exactly what we thought it was going to be color wise so we were thrown a curve ball and had to change up our game plan.
