I recently took four couch pillows to City Creek Furniture for upholstery repair, and they absolutely exceeded every expectation. We needed the pillows re‑stuffed and the ends sewn, and the results were incredible. Not only was the customer service top‑notch from start to finish, but the craftsmanship was outstanding. When we picked them up, the pillows looked better than brand new—full, beautifully finished, and perfectly restored. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both exceptional quality and genuinely great service, but City Creek Furniture does exactly that. Five stars all the way. We couldn’t be happier with the work they completed. Highly recommend this top‑notch business.
View on GoogleMy husband wanted a recliner more in the firmer side, and that is what we got. We got his seat 2 days ago specifically to help him sleep better with the sleep apnea being an issue. But the last 2 nights he has slept better than most days. So the seat is great.

View on GoogleVery friendly store. The salesmen were eager to answer questions and give us information but did not follow us around until we were ready for more help. I would definitely encourage anyone who is looking for furniture, or a mattress, to visit CITY CREEK. We were very surprised to find a upholstery shop that gave us a chance to save a favorite chair. GO CHECK THEM OUt. Additional comment: The "favorite chair" was upholstered in less than a week. It is beautiful and well done. Recommend City Creek for furniture purchasing as well as upholstery work you may need.
