I had a great experience with this local mattress store from start to finish. The owner was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and explained the differences between options. I ended up purchasing the Diamond Eclipse Titanium mattress Medium in a California King, and it has been amazing. The comfort and support are exactly what I was hoping for—plush without being too soft, and very supportive. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my sleep quality already. The whole process felt easy and stress-free. It’s clear they care about their products and their customers. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a quality mattress and great local service.
View on GoogleNot only did we purchase a great, quality mattress, we paid about 1/3 of what we would have paid elsewhere. The mattress is incredible! We are so happy with our purchase and totally recommend them! We are also grateful to have met Jay. He made the entire experience easy, convenient and enjoyable.
View on GoogleOur family purchased our 3rd mattress from Mattress by Appointment in Sierra. Jay is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The buying process is so quick and easy. And we left with another extremely comfortable, high quality mattress. Definitely recommend! No where else in town compares to quality and price.
View on GoogleSuper friendly- my husband was able to find what he wanted. We bought same day . Beautiful split king set up . We totally recommend this place to anyone and definitely coming back for future purchases if need be .
View on GoogleI am so excited, we just picked up our new bed. Dealing with the store owner was a delight! He wasn't pushy or have the additude we had to buy, he was there to answer our questions. I would give him a 10 or of 10. Very knowledgeable and kind. Give them a chance if you are looking for a matrice or a whole bed. This company is great!
