Elam's Home Furnishings and Sleep Center

I absolutely loved that i could look in peace. No one would pressure me, but if I had a question they were happy to help. I came a few times before I purchased a couch I love. Excellent customer service. Excellent delivery service and thank you for not pressuring your customers.

We have used Elma’s for just about all of our furniture. We have found quality furniture that lasts, and delightful customer service with people that really want to help! Plus, we did need a little maintenance on one of our couch’s and they made the service seem less. Very problem solving forward and happy to help us! We highly recommend this local furniture store!

The measure of a good company is how they deal with issues. We were shopping for a bedroom set, and found one we liked at the store. We continued to shop around and found the same set at a store in Gresham. Wanting to shop local, Elam's was willing to give us the discount equal to the money we would have save on sales tax. The order came in much sooner than we were ready, but Elam's was willing to hold the order until we were (2 months). We opted to pick up the set ourselves, but unfortunately there was an inventory isssue with one of the items. Turns out one of the items was never delivered, they quickly re-ordered the missing item. Additionally, we noticed that there was a slight cosmetic variation in the headboard, that was odd but not horrible. Elam's quickly ordered us a replacement headboard. They even offered to deliver the new pieces for free, but we were too impatient to wait the couple of days. Good Deal Great Service

Recently needed furniture for 2 apartments, very last minute and unexpected. We decided to go back to Elam's, as we bought furniture from them about 10 years ago we were happy with. We like to support local businesses today in the world of internet shopping and we appreciated not only the huge amount of furniture there we could physically touch and feel but even for pieces we ordered that weren't physically there they had other pieces we could see in a different color or style so we could still see the construction and quality of the furniture brand. Amanda could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable! She has an amazing ability to plot out and visualize how things will look in the space of the room and we really needed that! they have been super accommodating and even offered to send us a temporary console to put our TV on since the one we ordered will take a couple extra weeks to arrive from the rest of the things. I can't say enough good things about Elam's! They have only gotten better, if possible, over the last 10 years!

Absolutely amazing! I have purchased most all of my furniture from Elam's and have ALWAYS been treated exceptionally well. This family owned business prides itself on excellent customer service, they stand behind their products and have a huge variety of options to choose from. When it comes time for your furniture to be delivered, their team is timely, they handle the furniture with care and...they even removed their shoes when coming into my home! Thank you, so thankful to have a local business like yours to shop at.
