Elam's Mattress Gallery

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. I was expecting high pressure salesman. What we experienced was very pleasant. The lady was very patient. We ask a fair amount of questions some were multiple times. The mattresses were about $400 more than they were five years ago when we bought our last mattress. The mattresses are made to order so they come in about a week after you order them. When it came in the two guys helped get it into the back of my truck. It was fairly easy to get it in the house as it was lighter than I was expecting. We haven't slept on it yet but I'm expecting it to be comfortable.. definitely would come back to this mattress gallery if we were in the market for another mattress.

My experience at Elams Mattress Gallery was very pleasant. The manager was extremely helpful, honest, wasn’t pushy like a normal sales person would be but rather truly helped us find the right mattress regardless of the price. With her expertise we were able to make a fairly easy decision for a $1,000 less. They made the process enjoyable, easy and I felt good about my purchase. She has helped me along the way to get what I need for my bed bunky boards and delivery was scheduled earlier for me because I had major surgery and needed my bed. The delivery team was right on time, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I had my first night sleep on it and what a difference from my old bed. I slept very good and my neck and back didn’t hurt nearly as much! Thank you Elams Mattress Gallery for a very nice experience. I will be back for next bed and give excellent recommendations!

Elam's is hands down the best furniture store around!! Tyler and Emily helped me pick out the perfect glider rocker for my nursery. It is so comfy. We have many pieces from Elam's. Love this family owned business. Thank you!! You cannot find more friendly service.

Taylor was so helpful as we tried a number of mattresses in different price ranges. Also knowledgeable about adjustable bases and what would work best. Very impressed with Elam's....as always.

We went shopping yesterday for an adjustable king size adjustable bed. The plan was to go to three local mattress stores, compare and buy. Our first stop was Elams. We’ve shopped at Elams many times over the past 30 years and have always been happy with their service and products. At their new mattress gallery, we met Tyler. We told him what we were looking for, he asked us what our price point was and showed us options. No pressure, just information. The service and quality was exactly what we were looking for. We knew we didn’t need to search any further. Thank you Elams and Tyler! Rod and Linda Corder
