This company sent me a link to review sheets that I ordered but never received. The company deemed my honest review not appropriate for their website so posting my review here. I do not trust a company that only allows good reviews. I never received sheets - bad communication. Came across the Egyptian sheet set and the price was listed as “Free”. So who wouldn’t attempt to purchase. Never received tracking number; only emails asking how I was liking my sheets. I emailed the company and they responded that it was a glitch in the system and provided a link where I could purchase at current price and stated my ordered had been canceled. I get that. No problem. However, I had to reach out to the company to receive this information. If there was a glitch or cancelled order an email should have been sent to customers explaining the error. These sheets may be great but I am so burnt out on companies and their lack of communication/customer service.

I have gotten several items from eLuxury Supply and with each purchase I am very impressed with the quality of the products. Everything from towels to bedding to furniture and I have never been disappointed. My items have usually been delivered quickly and if there is a delay I have gotten a note to let me know, keeping me updated. They are very courteous and my experiences have all been fantastic. I will gladly buy from them again.

I ordered the short queen bamboo mattress pad for our RV. It was very comfortable; however, the first time we used it after a week of camping, the quilting thread started unraveling in several spots. I called the company and they sent me a new one immediately. I will continue to order from this company with this great customer service!!

Very nice people. One truck night parking. They unload you if your appointment is another day when they have time .

I am a huge fan of eLuxury Supply. I’ve been ordering from them over the past few years from towels, robes, sheet sets, comforters, rugs, soap, and even gourmet cookies! I highly recommend their products and actually have recommended them to a few family members and friends. Their products are all high quality. Their customer service is superb as well. Whenever something is back ordered or any other issue, they promptly send out an email or a hand written letter with their apologies and an expected date of arrival for the product.
