King's Great Buys Plus

Mrs. Washington was so patient and helpful! I came in with my teenager, 5 year old, 2 year old, and baby. As much as I tried to keep the 2 heathens off everything, they had to put their butt in every chair and on every couch. She never once made me feel bad when the two year old wouldn't listen or when I took 2.5 hours to decide on a couch and recliner. I am so indecisive and usually never buy anything without running price checks or making a pros v cons list 😅 but Mrs. Washington made me feel safe and confident in my purchase. She had an answer to all my questions.. and if she didnt off the top of her head, she was quick to look it up. She even answered questions on the impulse buy I almost made on a TV. Unfortunately they were sold out of the TV I was eyeballing.. but if they weren't I would've bought that too! Very happy with my purchasing experience and will be back. The delivery was Quick, FREE and NEXT DAY. The two gentlemen who delivered were very kind and well mannered! Overall a great company. I'll be back and will recommend in the future!

The salesman Jimmy Whitaker was extremely nice did not try to push anything on us that's exactly why we bought some merchandise their matter of fact we spent over $2000 in there because the him will be back

I spent quite a bit on a TV at the Evansville Kings. I paid for delivery and for the TV to be mounted. The mounting job is terrible. The TV hangs over the fireplace mantle, making the fireplace unusable. They insist I need an electrician to move the plugs but that is ridiculous. They also do not call back back if you are unhappy with their work. I had been warned by others and I regret not listening. *** Update: Never heard back from the store. Bought a smaller bracket and installed, just like I asked the 2 groups of guys who come out and couldn't figure out what to do. No electrician needed. Do not shop here!

I usually never write a review even if the service was excellent; however, the blessed customer service I received this past Friday was exceptional, so I had to write a review! Pat and Sandra were incredibly humble, down to earth, and not at all pushy as most sales agents tend to be. They were extremely nice and polite. They took time with me to research the product I was looking for and weren't irritated by it. I truly believe God put them in my path to help me with my purchase!!! Please ask for either Pat or Sandra when you walk into Kings, or even better yet, them both because they made an amazing team together!! 👍💯

I was looking to update my entertainment system and did my research on what I wanted and decided on Klipsch. I went to Kings first and was greeted immediately. First positive. I looked for a while and almost purchased the Klipsh Sixes. So I called my wife and got the go ahead but she wanted to come to the store but had some runs to make so I said I will go to Best Buy and look. Terrible experience at Best Buy!!! No help at all, very poor inventory, and over priced. So I go back to Kings. OMG very happy. Because of their service and knowledge I ended up going high end Klipsh Reference Premiere speaker set and the Klipsch 12" sub and a new Denon AV receiver. I am very pleased with the entire experience and recommend Kings over any other retailer when it comes to big electronic purchases. They respected my dollar and treated me with respect. Kings has earned my business
